When Is Keukenhof Open?
Keukenhof Gardens will be open from March 22, 2018 to May 13, 2018.
Keukenhof Gardens are open daily from 8am – 7:30pm
The ticket office closes at 6pm.
Is There Free Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in and around the pavillions.
Where Can I Get A Map?
You can get a free map from the ticket office, information desk or entrance.
Are There Lockers Available?
There are free lockers available near the park’s main entrance.
Can I bring My Dog?
Dogs are permitted at Keukenhof, however they must be kept on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not permitted to enter the pavilions and restaurants, with the exception of guide or service dogs.
Dog waste bags are available free of charge. Ask a Ticket Inspector.
Is Keukenhof Wheelchair Accessible?
Keukenhof Gardens offers excellent access for wheelchairs and has plenty of disabled toilet facilities.
The use of a wheelchair is free of charge.
Mobility scooters cost €10 per day.
A €20 cash deposit is required for both the wheelchairs and the mobility scooters. This will be refunded w upon return of the wheelchair or mobility scooter.
Only wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and strollers are allowed at the park. Other modes of transport, such as bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, are not permitted.
You can reserve a wheelchair/mobility scooter before your visit. Reservations are highly recommended if you wish to use one of Keukenhof’s wheelchairs or scooters because of the limited amount available.
Is There A Lost & Found?
All lost and found items are posted online.

If your item has not appeared on our website after a week then it has unfortunately not been found.
If your lost item has been posted contact the park as soon as possible.
You either pick up your found item or have it delivered to your home.
